Frequently Asked Questions
Instagram displays in-feed images at 1080 px wide. For square posts use 1080 x 1080, for portrait 1080 x 1350 (4:5 ratio, recommended for art as it fills the most feed space), for landscape 1080 x 566 (1.91:1). Stories and Reels are 1080 x 1920 (9:16).

Export at 300 DPI in TIFF or high-quality JPEG. For A4, this means 2480 x 3508 px minimum. Use your working colour profile (sRGB or Adobe RGB) and embed the profile in the file.
